1. Guidance
The hardest step to take is the first one. Someone with experience can help you get started. If you’re new to counting macros, you want someone with expertise who will guide you through your journey. A coach will take into account subjective issues, ensure your goals are realistic and your plan is sustainable.
  2. Motivation
We all have some level of internal motivation but it is finite. You only have so much to go around and with the other demands in life: spouse, kids, work, school, etc., you won’t always have enough left for fitness and nutrition. If you’re paying for someone’s services, you’re more likely to be motivated to stick with it.
  3. Objective Viewpoint
It’s hard to be objective when it comes to yourself. Should I cut or maintain? Is it time to bulk? A coach won’t have the skewed view that you may have about yourself. They can be honest and straightforward and keep you grounded.
  4. Accountability
If someone holds you accountable, it can have a positive impact on your mindset and success rate. It’s harder to blow your macros if you have someone to report to at the end of the week. You will want to report that you did well and therefore do well and be consistent, which will in turn help you be successful in the long-term.
  5. Peace of Mind
Letting someone else make the decisions means you don’t have to second guess yourself. Reassurance that you are doing the right things and moving in the right direction is invaluable. Your coach won’t allow your small worries to become detrimental to your progress.
  6. Support and lack of judgements
Sometimes family cannot provide that. We strive to hash our realistic goals and dispel myths that are pushed from the fitness and nutrition industry about what is healthy and sustainable. We do not judge any person’s goals and we take pride actively staying away from shaming women that are in any state/shape/size.
  7. A sounding board for new ideas
  8. A partner in your journey
  9. Someone to answer all your questions
The internet is filled with information but is it accurate? Your coach can provide you with accurate information and the answers will be tailored to you and what you need to be successful. Together you can figure out how to work through obstacles that may be preventing you from sticking to the plan.
